Many times the question you might have is pretty straight forward and is easy to answer. Sometimes I sit in my shop for hours trying to figure out solutions to my problem and can't, only to find that when I talk it through with someone else, the answer becomes painfully obvious. We ship most of our boxes by USPS. If you choose, we can send packages using USPS Express Mail, even that might be 2 day service depending on your location. Do you ship outside of the USA? Shipping to countries outside the USA is possible. We do our best to get the cultures to you in a live and viable condition. However, we can not guarantee the live arrival. On the other hand, we have not had a significant problem with live arrival in Canada. If there area restrictions placed upon the importation of material into a particular country it remains the responsibility of the customer to determine the legalities and process. Are the
cultures going to arrive ALIVE? However, In the United States, we guarantee live arrival and will replace cultures that do not make the trip for any package that you choose to ship using USPS Express Mail (or other 2-day or better services). We do not guarantee live arrival outside of the US, however nearly all of the packages arrive with living cultures to Canada, Europe and South America. How can I pay for the products? We accept: Personal Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Cash, Master Card and Visa. We also accept Purchase Orders from educational institutions. We accept Paypal also. I want to pay with a
personal check. How long will it take? I have never done anything like this before...I assume that instructions are included, but are they? We will send you complete directions for the
culture(s) you have ordered in the box. Ok...I get the culture and it doesn't make all that much sense...will you help me? Of course. We are here to answer any question that may come up. Our surveys tell us that most of our customers are not keeping or feeding live food when they order from us for the first time. We make ourselves available by either telephone and by email.
