We ship them live...we want you to get them live. We guarantee that stock will be shipped alive and healthy. We can not guarantee the livestock's suitability for your situation or goals. No other guarantee is expressed or implied.

We ship with USPS. We use USPS Priority when shipping cultures and dry goods and USPS Express Mail when needed and requested. Due to conditions that are absolutely out of our control, we will not be held responsible for dead arrivals due to carrier error, timeliness, delays, and weather. While every effort is made to insure the safe arrival, "stuff" still happens.

USPS Priority Mail services therefore are not guaranteed when shipping live material. Express Mail may or may not be "over-night" depending on your location.

However, we do guarantee LIVE culture arrivals for any package that is sent using FedEx Standard Express or USPS Express Mail service options which are indicated at guaranteed to arrive the following day. We would gladly qoute a price for other services, but can not guarantee live arrivals.  In the event of a shipping delay with FedEx Standard Express or USPS Express Mail, our liability for stock "dead-on-arrival (DOA)" is limited to crediting your account for the value of that stock. Shipping charges are not covered in any replacement situation. However, if we created the error, shipping charges for any replacement stock are our responsibility.

All animals which are DOA must be reported as such on the day of their arrival and a claim must be filed with the FedEx or USPS for the loss. Do not destroy DOA material. Freeze them for support of any claims. We do not replace cultures which perish post arrival.

We will delay shipping during extremely hot and extremely cold periods...either on your end or ours. We try to stay in touch with the weather conditions and when we can, we try to let you know of the delays. We can not however be aware of all weather situations and if the weather in your area is likely to cause a problem with the shipping, you need to let us know.
