We do ship to locations
outside of the United States but can not guarantee live delivery. Our friends in Canada
should contact us first regarding shipping. Shipments to other continents can not be
guaranteed for live arrival. Shipping to other countries (including Canada) can be a slow
and/or very expensive proposition.
Food culture are pretty
hardy and can survive the bumps and grinds of shipping. When they arrive at your location,
please be prepared to receive them. If the carrier is
going to leave them in a location that will be exposed to extreme heat or cold (even
mailboxes when exposed to the sun can bake a loaf of bread), please make some sort of
alternate arrangement. We can ship to a work location, a neighbors address or general
delivery.
We can ship using any
of the USPS orFedEx premium services. We do guarantee live arrival with premium services.
If you have a thing
about using plastic cards on the Internet, you can call us (415-472-7875 ext 222) to use
your MasterCard or Visa, or print a copy of your "shopping cart" and mail it to
us because we also accept personal checks, money and postal orders.
